In order to implement ethical corporate culture, we implement a reporting/information provision system to report/provide information on unethical behavior, unreasonable business processing, and unfair trade practices of PAVONINE executives and employees.

This declaration/information provision will be accepted directly by the PAVONINE audit team, so the identity and confidentiality of the declarator will be thoroughly protected.

1. Acts Subject to Reporting and Providing Information

  • • Unfair act related to the duty, such as bribery, receipt of money and valuables or entertainment, embezzlement, appropriation,, or malfeasance in office
    • Unfair act such as business favors for, damages to, equity investment in, and money transactions with partners
    • Unreasonable work handling and unfair business instruction act of employees
    • Act of holding an additional position of or participating in a job responsibility of a company that has a stake in the Company
    • Disclosure of the trade secrets and customer-related information of the Company
    • HR (promotion, recruitment, transference, etc.) related misconduct
    • Harassment and sexual harassment at work
    • Other acts that violate ethical regulations



2. Guarantee of Reporter’s Identity

  • Prohibition of Disclosure and Search of the Identity of the Reporter

    - No leakage of reporter's identity : Any employee who is aware of the identity of the reporter by job or accident shall not disclose his or her identity.

    - Prohibition of search for reporters : Any reported person is prohibited from inquiring about the reporter's identity to the Audit Team or conducting investigations to find out the reporter.

    - No disclosure of identity by Audit Team staff : Disclosure or suggestion of the identity of the reporter and investigative collaborator without the consent of the reporter shall be prohibited.

    - Disciplinary actions for those violating the obligation to protect the reporter

  • Prevention of Disadvantages and Protection of Reporters

    The Audit Team shall investigate the exposure route when the reporter's identity is exposed, prevent the disadvantage of the reporter, and protect and manage the reporter.

  • Outline of Reporting

    Record the personal details of the reporter and the reported person, fill out the reporting and informing details in accordance with the Principle 6, and attach the relevant files for proof of facts.

    Since reporting and providing information are based on real name (contact information), investigation may not be initiated, or a reply of processing result may be restricted in the event of anonymous reporting.
