Roles and Responsibilities Compliance

PAVONINE employees respect the order of the free competition market that pursues fair and transparent competition based on ethical and moral values and make every effort to fulfill the role and responsibilities as a company receiving trust from the state and society through corporate activities that comply with all laws and regulations and the spirit of the law.

1. Basic Work Ethics

  • Maintaining Dignity as a PAVONINE people

    We pride ourselves as a leader in the Korean metal processing industry, always act with dignity, and reject any unethical conducts in our job performance and our daily lives.

  • Honest and Sincere Business Handling

    We will do our best to work as core manpower of the Company with honesty and sincerity and strive for the improvement of our talent and self-development.

  • Prevention of Harassment / Sexual Harassment at Work

    We do not engage in acts that could harm the Company's sound organizational culture, including harassment and sexual harassment at work.

  • Mutual Respect and Fair Treatment without Discrimination

    We respect the dignity and diversity of our employees and build a mature organizational culture based on mutual trust and understanding. We actively strive to foster ethical awareness of our employees, systematically support them in the long-term perspective to foster them as autonomous and creative talents, and comply with HR-related laws such as compliance with labor standards and equality of employment.

  • Sound Organizational Culture

    We prohibit any conduct of hindering the maintenance and inheritance activities for a clean organizational culture and damaging the company value and the company image. In addition, we lead the creation of a sound corporate culture that is faithful to principles and fundamentals by strictly complying with all relevant laws and regulations and company management policies.




2. Prohibition of Inappropriate Act

  • Prohibition of unfair acts such as receiving bribery, money and valuables, or entertainment, embarrassment, and theft

    We do not offer or receive unjust money and valuables or entertainment to and from stakeholders, including government employees and customers, at home and abroad to obtain business opportunities or conveniences and comply with domestic and overseas laws and regulations and internal regulations to prevent corruption.

    - Trading partner : All business partners and customers who have a business relationship with or wish to have trade with the Company, including purchasing, sales, construction, public service, outsourcing, development, and service companies

    - Money and valuables/Bribery: Cash equivalents such as check and cash, gift certificate, ticket, membership card, accommodation voucher, gift card, rights to use, various cards, gift, and entertainment, etc.

    - Entertainment : Excessive entertainment in alcoholic beverage entertainment, golf entertainment, fine dining restaurant, etc.

    - Embezzlement / Appropriation : The act of taking unfair advantage through embezzlement of the Company's public funds or by returning it after temporary use or claiming expenses fraudulently

    - Theft : Any act of stealing any asset of the Company (regardless of residual value) or taking them out without permission.

  • Prohibition of Fraudulent Solicitation and Business Favor or Harm to Trading Partners

    We firmly reject unfair business demands and solicitation by using authority.

    - Fraudulent solicitation : Act of forcing the purchase, lease, recruitment, etc. for the purpose of individual’s interest

    - Business favor to trading partners : All acts of giving business favor to trading partners using the authority given due to duty
    (High price purchases, low price sales, information leakage, quotation manipulation, unreasonable quantity allocation, random support of company personnel and equipment, and solicitation.)

    - Harm to trading partners : Act of improperly burdening the expenses that you or the Company must pay
    (sponsoring items, transferring expenses, habitual free use, gambling, etc.)

  • Prohibition of Private Interests, including Other Unfair Property Gains

    We do not receive any form of interest from our stakeholders that could impair fairness in relation to our duty and never take personal interests in our company's business relationships.

    Other property gains : Purchase of assets, such as stocks, bonds, movables, and real estate, free of charge or at a low price, unfair rebates, etc.




3. Fair Trade

  • Accurate and Transparent Accounting and Disclosure

    We record financial status accurately and transparently in compliance with accounting laws and regulations of each country and internationally accepted accounting standards and faithfully disclose corporate information and important matters.

  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    We will comply with domestic and international laws and regulations, will not engage in activities that might be suspected of violating laws and regulations, and will not direct, approve, assist or condone them.

  • Sound Relationship with Our Customers

    We respect our partners as business partners, comply with subcontracting laws and regulations, and do not misuse our superior status, including unreasonable demands and retaliatory conduct.

  • Fair Competition with Competitors / Win-Win Cooperation

    We respect free and fair market economy order and comply with fair trade laws and regulations of each country. In addition, we compete in a just manner and competence and do not do anything that hinders free competition, such as collusion.




4. Use and Protection of Information and Intangible Assets

  • Privacy

    We collect, process and use personal information of customers and employees, prevent leakage of personal information, and comply with laws and internal regulations related to personal information protection in accordance with the purposes and methods permitted by laws of each country such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

    - Legal management of personal information collected from customers and employees

    - Prohibition of any act of leading or cooperating with a competitor to scout the Company's workforce, resulting in an outflow of workforce

  • Protection of Trade Secrets and Intellectual Property Rights

    We protect the information of our customers and partners, only tell the truth, keep our promises, protect the trade secrets we became to know during work, and avoid any conduct or relationship that conflicts the interest of individual with the interest with the Company.

  • Protection of Trade Secrets and Intellectual Property Rights

    We fully comply with laws and regulations and internal regulations related to the protection of trade secrets and intellectual property rights. We do not disclose the Company's trade secrets, confidential information, etc., respect the intellectual property of others, and do not perform any infringement such as obtaining trade secrets, unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, etc. in an unfair manner.

    - We prohibit any act of unauthorized leakage of the Company's own tangible and intangible information assets or business information (trade secrets, bidding information, technology development information, software, and personal information of customers and employees)




5. Role in Society

In addition, we fully comply with all laws and regulations in conducting business and contribute to the development of related industries by providing the best value inherent in products and services

  • Environmental Protection / Green Management

    We fully comply with laws and regulations, procedures, standards, and regulations related to environmental protection and green management and do our best to protect the environment in all activities including product production, sales and development.

    We place customer satisfaction first and foremost. We pursue shared prosperity based on mutual trust and respect as a partner in creating new value with our partners.

  • Protection of the Interests of Shareholder and Investors

    We respect the legitimate requests, proposals, and formal decisions of the shareholders, secure a transparent management system to build a mutual trust relationship with the shareholders, and do accounting in accordance with tax laws and corporate accounting standards. We also generate good profits through sound management and faithfully protect shareholders' assets.

  • Compliance with Quality, Environment and Safety Standards and Disaster Prevention

    We comply with environmental laws and international standards of each country, customer and workplace safety related laws and regulations, and internal regulations, and make every effort to protect the health and safety of consumers and employees.

  • Prohibition of Political Activities

    We do not run for an elective office of a party or a public office and do not engage in political activities within the Company.

    - Political activity : Any act that may interfere with the work of the principal and others, such as distribution of handouts containing political activity, e-mail promotion, incitement, slogan, crying, and sticking posts.
